Payment Process
- Authorization Check:
- Upon receiving your order, we conduct a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
- Your card will be debited once the authorization is confirmed. The funds debited will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase.
- Once your order has been dispatched and you receive a confirmation email, the deposit will be applied as payment for the goods listed in the confirmation.
- Order Production:
- Our products are personalized and handcrafted according to your specific design and requests.
- We will commence production of your order once payment is confirmed.
How to Make a Payment
To complete your payment, simply click on either the “Proceed To Checkout” or the “PayPal Checkout” buttons on our website. You will be redirected to the selected payment-processing website, where you can choose to pay with your credit card or through your existing PayPal account. PayPal will process your payment, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be processed using your original method of payment, either through PayPal or your credit/debit card.
Security
Your credit card information is not processed through or stored on DogCollart servers, and no information is ever released to a third party.
